D O W N T O W N

A sought after location without a doubt. Downtown Charleston has a charm unlike any city. Get lost on cobblestone streets, explore the amazing architecture and enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants on the peninsula.

 

D A N I E L I S L A N D

Daniel Island has newly built homes surrounded by rivers, creeks and the marsh. Here you’ll find the island town feel with plenty of young families and retirees enjoying the safe, peaceful, golf cart filled lifestyle. What more could you want?

 

O L D V I L L A G E

As one of the oldest waterfront neighborhoods, it has old Charleston charm at every corner. Old village residents enjoy the salty breeze from the harbor, with historic preservation at its focus. The historic, updated homes, nearby parks, library, shops and churches make this neighborhood quite the location.

 

M O U N T P L E A S A N T

Cross over the bridge and you’ll find the town of Mount Pleasant. The perfect mix of historic neighborhoods, new construction homes, and plenty of water access whether it’s in your back yard, or just a short drive to Sullivans.

 

S U L L I V A N ’ S I S L A N D

Nestled at the mouth of the Charleston Harbor and neighbor to the Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island is an inviting mix of wide beaches, history, local restaurants and shops, and stunning, historic, locally-owned beach homes.

The Town of James Island is a beautiful, unique island, rich in history and a bright future. James Island boasts scenic marsh views and a plethora of greenery and trees. The perfect community to maintain that affordable, small-town feel that its residents know and love.

The birth of charm and southern hospitality. The historic Summerville is a beautiful spot full of pines and flowers and all of the southern charm you will need. You have the best of both worlds, being minutes from Charleston and the beach, and living in a place with booming development.

“West of the Ashley.” One of Charleston’s up-and-coming suburbs across the Ashley River. It’s affordable, has close proximity to downtown, the marsh, recreational parks, and tons of restaurants both old and new.
